Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 Twinport 05 plate. Emissions light comes on and occasionally flashes which reduces power. Have changed coil pack and crankshaft sensor, have also tried disconnecting the battery which cleared the problem for about 11 miles then the light came on again, (the light i refer to is orange, in the shape of an engine block).

12/19/2008 · I have an 8 yr old corsa 1.2 car which passed its MOT test without problems 4 days ago, today a light came on the dash which did not go out and it looks like a little engine. I checked my handbook and it said it was creating too much emission and over the permitted limits and to contact my Vauxhall Dealer (which always costs a fortune).
